Sunshine Ristorante pizzeria — Restaurant in Alcamo

On 14.07.2017 me and my wife decided to go to this restauant. It has a nice outside terrace . We ordered starters, water with lemon for me (driving) and small beer for my wife. 1) they bring a battle of water in 1 minut without lemon. When I asked for lemon, I have received 2 small pieces on a picture... 2) they forgot about beer. I asked to bring a beer and they brought a wrong beer... 3) after 60 minuts I asked where are our starters, they said they forgot it!!! ( restaurant was 1/3 full only) they brought in 5 minutes first part and second part in 10 minutes. Moreover, they lost our order so they didn't bring a second dish ... they almost don't speak English, so they could not recommend anything. We cancelled the second dish and to be honest I didn't even start first after all of this ( can not recommend. There are plenty of better places for this money. Have a good...

Ho trovato il coperto eccessivamente caro! 3,50 € a persona per aver mangiato su una sedia e un tavolinetto di plastica bianco, piccolo e basso senza neanche una tovaglietta di carta sopra. In genere, che io sappia, il coperto copre le spese per l'allestimento del tavolo e del servizio ma la titolare mi ha detto che tale cifra era dovuta al fatto che ho chiesto di cenare nella pedana di legno sopra la sabbia, un po' più distante dai tavoli posti sull'asfalto. Da premettere che avevo chiesto di poter avere allestito un tavolo (c'era sufficiente spazio per posizionare un tavolo x 2 persone) in quanto gli altri posti a sedere che mi sono stati proposti erano per me, in considerazione del coronavirus, troppo vicini agli altri clienti e/o posti nel corridoio di passaggio della sala, mentre nella pedana vi erano soltanto altre 4 persone e più circolo d'aria. Vedendo che stavamo andando via...ci hanno detto che potevano accontentare la nostra richiesta ma che avremmo dovuto mangiare sul tavolino già posto sulla pedana! Tuttavia nessuno ci ha avvisati preventivamente di tale spesa extra che a quanto pare è prevista per l'aperitivo, né essa era riportata sul menù o altrove. Considerato che io ho accettato, mio malgrado, questo compromesso e ho mangiato in maniera scomoda, ho trovato ingiusto l'applicazione a mia insaputa di tale somma. La pizza? ... pastosa con farina...
