The food was great. Especially the ravioli and the salmon steak, very delicious! Very nice wines too. The stuff was very qualified and kind and I was very pleased especially by the help or the young waiter to the wine choice. He understood what type of wine I would like and he didn't make me uncomfortable at all neither about my ignorance nor about my budget (he could for example suggest an expensive choice and make me uncomfortable by having to explain why I couldn't order it). Really professional and offered us a great beginning of the night. Only negative is that the quantities of the plates are a bit little and the prices a bit up (like 15-20€ average for a main dish), but it's something you expect from a fancy, gourmet restaurant. Buona scelta di vini, location piacevole e informale, personale educato solare e capace. Antipasto relativamente vario discreto, ma non eccezionale, nota di merito per il tagliere misto che offre una selezione di prodotti di qualità locali. Abbiamo provato spaghetti quartirolo e pepe, ma presentavano un difetto di base inaccettabile : il quartirolo manca completamente di quella acidità tipica del pecorino romano rendendo l'effetto finale drammaticamente deludente. Hamburger di carne eccellente, la cottura era un po' a caso nonostante ce ne fosse stata chiesta la volontà , peccato per il pane che, benché ci fosse ampia scelta cromatica (curcuma pistacchio e qualcosa di rosso) , era troppo secco e friabile per ben amalgamarsi con quanto presentato.
