The name of the restaurant says it all! The place, the service and the atmosphere is outstanding! The food cooked and created by chef Manuel is absolutely divine! You order from different categories, meat, vegetables and cheese, and everything comes out in the order you specify. The emphasis is on variety of flavors, and it makes for a unique experience. The food in Salento is generally great. But if you, like us, are always looking to add to great regional food choice and experience a modern interpretation then you need to eat here.
These guys have taken the Braceria to another level. The BBQ meat choice is just amazing. But to sandwich this between incredibly inventive and tasty Starters and Deserts using the same heat source and cooking techniques elevates this restaurant to a must visit.
You can tell all the staff are passionate about what they are doing and the open kitchen puts you in touch with the chefs as they cook your food.
