The name of the restaurant says it all! The place, the service and the atmosphere is outstanding! The food cooked and created by chef Manuel is absolutely divine! The dishes are very original and mind blowing something I’ve never had before! My family and I go at least twice a week if not more when we are here. Pity that they open only in the summer! Chef Ismaele takes care of the grilled meat and he is indeed a maestro! His knowledge and handling of the most tender steaks you can ever taste is a pleasure to watch. Sephora the manager will take good care of you with her charming, friendly and enthusiastic nature. It is a relaxed place with high quality food that is beyond expectations! We have never been disappointed and always leave the place with such good memories! Wonderful staff, semi original theme restaurant that is spreading around europe. Everything is cooked quickly and fresh, and in shish kebab style. You order from different categories, meat, vegetables and cheese, and everything comes out in the order you specify. The emphasis is on variety of flavors, and it makes for a unique experience. For some reason it reminds me of world famous chef José Andres' approach to food, flavor and dining. In any case it's going over well with diners and seems to be growing in popularity. May not please everyone, but I enjoy the experience. The staff is enthusiastic and the cooks seem to like the new wave style. The food in Salento is generally great. But if you, like us, are always looking to add to great regional food choice and experience a modern interpretation then you need to eat here.

These guys have taken the Braceria to another level. The BBQ meat choice is just amazing. But to sandwich this between incredibly inventive and tasty Starters and Deserts using the same heat source and cooking techniques elevates this restaurant to a must visit.

You can tell all the staff are passionate about what they are doing and the open kitchen puts you in touch with the chefs as they cook your food.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming in a modern open plan designed setting which would not be out of place in London...
