It's a shame to have to write such a review, but I think change is necessary when what I think is also shared by many other comments. Firstly I'd like to say that service was good and staff friendly but this was not enough to create a good experience. I have lived by the sea my whole life in Nice and know what quality sea food is and what prices are like, especially on the French Riviera where restaurants are generally expensive. Sadly this restaurant did not price it's defrosted fish accordingly. If you don't have fresh products, then kindly turn people away instead of charging them 107 euros for 2 starters (22 euros a starter) and 2 main courses (25 × 2) + beverages. The main course is actually quite a normal price for grilled fish, but octopus salad is normally about 12 euros, especially in Sardinia, again, this is not the French Riviera.... You can see when seafood is frozen when it is still in the shape of the square box it was in. 22 euros is the price for fresh products, not frozen. I hope you make the necessary changes for the future of your restaurant. I fully understand that this is not the high season, but if you are not prepared, it would be better to not serve food. Upstairs was closed, so we sat at a plastic table outside, a little disappointing, maybe update your photos. I really hope you take my review into serious consideration. Below is a photo of me with a Grouper I caught yesterday and an octopus, turbot and cuttlefish on my barbecue from 3 days before that, all caught spear fishing in Sardinia, I do know what I am talking about... I am a tourist in Sardinia, but not of the Mediterranean Sea. Show a menu, change your prices, people...

Let me start with the positives as I arrived at the end of September, which coincides with end of season. The restaurant is on the first floor giving a sweeping view of the sea. The waitress was charming and spoke good English. The red wine at 2 euros a glass was good value. Then came the food, I had Ravioli in a tomato sauce at 14 euros, which for Sardinia is expensive. I assume the ravioli had a previous life in a freezer and the sauce possibly from a jar. I ventured on to a desert "della casa" of crème Catalan at 6 euros which arrived in a shallow dish. I guess the kitchen had made the base but the topping had the look and taste of being commercially made. Either lower the prices to reflect the mediocre food or raise the game...

Con dispiacere devo recensire con 1 stella la serata di ieri 30/07/2022.Difficilmente concedo un punteggio così basso e non è nemmeno mio solito criticare duramente la gestione di una pizzeria\ristorante. Ma nella serata di ieri ci sono state troppe situazioni poco consone a un locale di ristorazione che si rispetti. Premetto che ho prenotato con qualche ora di anticipo e ho richiesto il tavolo nella veranda esterna per stare al fresco. Ci presentiamo al locale e la prenotazione non risulta esserci e il tavolo disponibile è all’interno della sala alquanto calda, ovviamente accettiamo di accomodarci all’interno anche se non soddisfatti. La vista fronte mare è ottima e questo ci fa dimenticare per un momento la temperatura non proprio ideale . Il cameriere ci prende la commessa (ore 21:15 circa) , alle 22 si avvicina per informarci che è necessario attendere 15 minuti causa mole di lavoro elevata, e fin qui tutto ok . Dopo una mezz’ora si avvicina e ci indica che è terminato l’ingrediente per una pizza (manca il polpo 🐙 in una località Marina) , dovendoci far virare su una scelta secondaria. Questa situazione si ripete anche in altri tavoli. Inoltre con mio grande stupore mi vedo servire nel tavolo vicino un bel piatto di polpo fresco come antipasto! ma non era finito per le pizze? Ad ogni modo la commessa (4 pizze ) arriva alle 22:45 dopo che un altra cameriera ci ha chiesto se eravamo in attesa da tanto. La pizza era senza infamia e senza lode, ma l’esperienza organizzativa generale del ristorante ci ha lasciato alquanto perplessi. Lasciamo il ristorante senza consumare altro considerando l’orario e il viaggio di rientro da percorrere.Mi spiace ma così...

Ristorante il maestrale, ottima esperienza. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 15 e nonostante ciò ci hanno fatto accomodare e servito un ottimo pranzo. Crudo e affumicati di mare, vongole freschissime su ghiaccio, ottima paranza super fresca e abbondante per uno spaghetti alle arselle e bottarga. Caffè amaro e sorbetto. Prezzo equo se non addirittura economico per il target della zona Sulla strada per le spiagge della zona. Non ho soggiornato al b&b Consigliatissimo

Doesen‘t know how the Pizza is, because pizza isn‘t available from monday to thursday. The steak is terrible.
