Passato davanti a questo ristorante tante volte ma solo ora l'ho provato. Appena entrati finisci al reparto macelleria con tanto di numero e carni esposte. Idea creativa ma avevo il fiato sul collo della gente intorno che studiava insieme a me cosa prendere e con la pressione addosso ho fatto una speedrun nell'ordinazione. Bella la tavola in legno con i piatti di terracotta e le tovagliette in vimini, trasmettevano tante vibes rustiche. Insomma aspetto l'arrivo degli antipasti che impiegano non poco ma per fortuna avevo a disposizione taralli e pane da inzuppare nell'olio per passare il tempo. Nella cesta del pane c'era pure una mosca morta ma ho sentito che negli insetti ci sono più proteine che nella carne quindi penso fosse un omaggio. Niente provo la tartare che era atomica e io odio la carne cruda, mi ha fatto cambiare idea, era veramente buona, le polpette della nonna altrettanto nucleari. Ne avrei prese ancora. Antipasti promossi. Da qui parte l'attesa per contorni e fiorentine. Praticamente la scena di Interstellar sul pianeta ricoperto d'acqua dove dicono che un'ora lì sono 7 anni sulla Terra. Interminabile. Allora, io odio la carne al sangue e mi accontentavo solo perché tutti gli altri la volevano che ancora camminava, ma quella arrivata era più cotta che cruda. Mi avevano detto che avrei potuto cuocerla ancora un po' o qualcosa del genere ma avevo aspettato così tanto che l'avrei mangiata anche viva ormai e i loro consigli erano solo rumori confusi ormai. I contorni misti non male, tra le verdure grigliate, patate al forno, caponata, niente da dire i piatti sono stati spazzolati. Sì che c'era un po' di gente ma una delle cameriere sembrava sempre scazzata quando passava da noi, un'altra le abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'acqua più volte prima di farcela portare, però almeno arrivavano tutte le portate contemporaneamente al tavolo e potevamo banchettare insieme. E il conto boh lol non ho pagato io, ma insomma se vai in un ristorante di carne sicuro non...

We travel all over Italy, every region, and every so often we find a gem in unlikely places. Who visits Arcore? Hardly anyone. But here’s a good reason to go there. This place is truly unique and wonderful! We had pranzo there today and can’t wait to go back tomorrow. Beautiful presentation of the macelleria and the dishes served in the restaurant. You choose the meat from the macelleria and they cook it for you. A fantastic selection of contorni and antipasto. And it is all incredibly delicious. Helpful friendly simpatico staff, everyone! They take pride in what the do and what they serve and it is justified. Too bad Google doesn’t...
