Very nice dining experience. Each dish was very delicious and well presented. Their specialties are wild game such as deer, hare, Iberico pork, etc. Everything was fresh made in house with quality ingredients. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind, polite and knowledgeable. The Fagottini con Asiago e pere spadellati con tartufo was a pleasant surprise and very filling, of course this being my first time dining here, we each ordered something different and sampled each dish. My favorite was the BRACIOLA DI MAIALINO IBERICO (PATANEGRA) served with polenta, so tender and full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately the only dessert that was lactose free was the chocolate soufflé, and most of the desserts contained gluten or tree nuts, so I didn’t get to taste the desserts, but my husband and friend ordered the crostatina and the torta di mandorle and both desserts looked amazing and they raved about them. I highly recommend this restaurant. I suggest carpooling if dining with friends as parking is limited, but well worth the visit. Service was pleasant and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend making reservations ahead of time, and note if you’re wanting risotto, the minimum order is four, and we only had 3 so unfortunately we weren’t able to try it, but based on the other dishes, I’m sure the risotto is worth a try as well! I hope you choose to dine here and enjoy it as...

This distinctive setting creates a cozy atmosphere, while the spacious outdoor seating area boasts breathtaking views, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal on pleasant days.
The restaurant specializes in exceptional game meats, fresh truffles, and authentic Veneto cuisine. Standout dishes include the flavorful game salami and the rich smoked duck breast served on a golden crostini. For a truly indulgent appetizer, try the raw Veneto DOP from Montagnana paired with creamy burrata.
Pasta enthusiasts will appreciate the ravioli filled with asiago and pears, sautéed expertly with truffle and pecorino. The risotto with truffle showcases the deep, earthy flavors characteristic of the region, while the Vicenza-style codfish beautifully represents traditional Veneto cooking.
To conclude your meal, the dessert selection impresses with options like the semifreddo with nougat, velvety Catalan cream, and a heavenly chocolate soufflé. Each dish at Trattoria Alla Vecia Priara reflects a commitment to culinary excellence, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a remarkable dining...
Read moreThis is by far or favorite restaurant in Vicenza! To start with, the location is amazing with spectacular views of the Berici hills. The outside terrace gives you amazing outdoor views. However, indoors, you set within the very cool cave! Definitely 5 stars for location and ambience! Service was great, quick and very nice and pleasant staff! The food was top notch, we ordered from the first course Pappardelle Alla lepre ( rabbit) and Pappardelle Al cervo ( deer), and from the second course, Tagliata di cervo with truffles, and from the main course, we ordered 2 steaks - all were perfectly cooked and delicious! The steaks and the deer Tagliata were so tender and perfectly cooked and served. All pastas were excellent too. For desserts, we tried the green apple sorbet and the lemon sorbet, both great. Also we tried the chocolate croccante dessert and it was good! All of this with around 1.5 liter of wine was for 115 euros! I highly recommend this place as everything about it was great from location, to service to quality of food! Definitely,...
