Trattoria Marini in Rome is truly exceptional. It’s without a doubt one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve ever visited not just in Italy, but in the entire world. Every dish we had was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The seafood was cooked to perfection, and the taste was simply unforgettable.

I went with my family four of us plus a baby and we all had a wonderful experience. The portions were generous,big and satisfying for everyone, and even the baby enjoyed the food! The service was warm, attentive, and professional, and the atmosphere had that classic Roman charm that makes you feel right at home.

To finish, we had dessert and it was absolutely delicious, the perfect way to end such a fantastic meal.

Sono passati 3 mesi da quando sono stato in questo locale ma ancora mi è rimasta impressa l' esperienza, spiego il perchè... Il cibo il pesce molto buono nulla da sindacare, ma il proprietario ha portato a tavola un bis di ostriche non richiesto dicendo che era offerto dalla casa, l antipasto di crudo era tutto per 3 e noi eravamo in due. Vado alla cassa e pago per 3, oltretutto mettendo in conto il piatto di ostriche che doveva essere offerto. Al momento di pagare non ha rilasciato ne scontrino ne niente, il succo del discorso è che un antipasto di crudo uno gnocco piu abbondante del solito perche l l abbiamo diviso in due, una frittura ed un vino della casa per la modica cifra di 130 euro scontata a 110. Io pago ringrazio e vado via, non volevo rovinarmi la serata o montare teatrini, ma essere stato circuito in quel modo è imperdonabile ad un ristoratore. Allisciarsi due avventori trattarli come se fossero a casa con amici per poi dargli una suonata del genere oltretutto evadendo tasse non emettendo scontrino è disdicevole per chi si ritiene un grande ristoratore con 26 anni di esperienza. Non so per chi mi ha preso se per qualche magnate russo senza problemi di soldi ma spillare ad un ragazzo che lavora dalla mattinaalla sera e che vuole portare la ragazza a cena una volta al mese togliergli piu di 100 euro a nero e con l' inganno è veramente una meschinità. Peccato perche sono un buon cliente sarei toenato volentieri ed avrei anche soonsorizzato il locale. Ma evidentemente al proprietario non interessa far bella figura con nuovi clienti, preferisce suonarli ben benino non vederli più e mettersi in saccoccia na piotta e passa tutto a nero. Complimenti per il trattamento lei sig. Morini è l esatto opposto di quello che dovrebbe rappresentare una trattoria. La invito alla mia trattoria a Viterbo da Kappino, magari può imparare la modestia e cosa sia la vera...

Very friendly staff, always ready to make any adjustment for your requests. The food is amazing and its pricing is very good.

Our favourites were the Pasta allo Scoglio and the Ravioli alla Crema di Scampi; the fried fish was great too and I recommend having at least one of the fried options as a starter or a main. The Linguine all'Astice were also good, although I preferred the other dishes.

The location gets a bit clustered (both inside and outside) and it might take some time to get the food, but the wait is well worth it. Remember to...
