Ho avuto il piacere di cenare per la prima volta al ristorante Verum e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Sin dall'ingresso, l'ambiente si presenta curato con un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata.

Il servizio perfetto: il personale è cordiale, attento e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda sui piatti. La loro professionalità ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole.

Passando al cibo, ogni piatto è stato una vera delizia per il palato. La qualità degli ingredienti era evidente, e la presentazione dei piatti era tanto curata quanto il loro sapore. An Restaurants aller Kategorien fehlt es am Ortasee nicht. Wir haben uns für das Ristorante Verum entschieden und es nicht bereut. Gelegen in den Hügeln östlich vom See an der der Straße zum Lago Maggiore, warten Hotel und Restaurant mit einem netten Ambiente, freundlichem Personal und einer ambitionierten Küche auf. Eine beeindruckende Weinkarte rundet das Angebot zu überraschend angenehmen Preisen ab. Hauseigenes Brot und ein Gruß des Hauses machen schon zu Beginn Lust auf mehr. Ein Menü gab es nicht, so hatten wir die freie Wahl aus drei Gängen. Besonders schmackhaft sind die Vorspeisen, groß genug die Portionen, um sich vielleicht nur mit 2 oder 3 verschiedenen Antipasti zu verwöhnen. Auch der 2. und 3. Gang hatte keine negativen Ausrutscher. Und zum Abschluss ein feines, nicht zu süßes Dessert mit einem Espresso. Ein gelungener Abend als Trost für das schlechte Wetter im Nordosten...
