This has been my favorite restaurant while visiting Sardinia so far! The staff was friendly, and the outside seating was lovely. We ordered the timballo (eggplant) appetizer, the ravioli burro y salvia (ravioli with butter and sage) and gnochetti alla campidanese (like smaller gnocchi with tomato meat sauce) as our main course, and the raviolini fritti and seadas for dessert. Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di cenare presso il ristorante Sa Carrubedda a Sant'Anna Arresi e posso affermare che la nuova gestione ha portato una ventata di freschezza e qualità che ha reso l'esperienza culinaria davvero memorabile. Fin dal momento dell'arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e un atmosfera rilassante. Il locale è stato rinnovato con gusto, mantenendo un'atmosfera accogliente e autentica. Il menù, vario e ben curato, offre un'ottima selezione di piatti tipici della tradizione sarda, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità.
