This is an excellent restaurant not only for the quality of food that they serve but also for the attentive service they provide. The menu is well balanced between fish meat and veggie options. The wine list includes some superb local Veneto wines, we chose the Tenuto Baron fresh white wine which was perfect for our choice of food We have enjoyed excellent starter of ,grilled straight from the farm vegetables , followed by fresh fish with vegetables cooked in the oven. Un ristorante che mi ha conquistata sotto ogni punto di vista. I Torretti, a Pagnano, Asolo, non è solo una tavola, ma un’esperienza che unisce accoglienza, cura dei dettagli e una cucina capace di emozionare. L’ambiente è elegante e raffinato, arredato con gusto e con quella attenzione che fa sentire subito a proprio agio.

La proposta gastronomica è un viaggio tra tradizione e creatività, con materie prime locali trasformate in piatti di altissima qualità. Io ho scelto un percorso davvero sorprendente: • Uovo cotto a bassa temperatura con fonduta di Morlacco e Bastardo del Grappa, due formaggi tipici che hanno dato al piatto una personalità unica. • Risotto ai gamberi e acqua di rose, ispirato al piatto che D’Annunzio dedicò alla Duse: delicato, raffinato e indimenticabile. • Per chiudere in freschezza, un sorbetto al mango che ha lasciato una nota leggera e profumata al palato.

Ogni portata è stata una scoperta, presentata con eleganza e accompagnata da un servizio impeccabile: cortese, professionale e attento ad ogni dettaglio.
