LAG Lounge and Gourmet — Restaurant in Augusta

Jammer dat onze eerdere recensie is verwijderd door dit restaurant! Als je dit al een restaurant mag noemen. Personeel is heel erg onvriendelijk en stopt je weg in een hoekje (wij als toerist zijnde). Eigen volk gaat voor en er wordt niet naar je omgekeken. Na een aantal keer om het menu te hebben gevraagd gaven wij onze bestelling door. Zalm met een salade en vlees met wat aardappeltjes. De ober verzekerde ons dat hij alles begreep. Kwam terug met een bordje vlees (flink doorbakken) voor mijn man en voor mij alleen een bord met sla!! Vriendelijk gevraagd waar de zalm en de rest van het eten bleef maar de ober kon zich niet herinneren dat we bij hem hadden besteld? Ook ons drinken werd bezorgt in plastic bekers terwijl het eigen volk netjes uit glazen dronk. Daarnaast staat de muziek van de zangers zo ontzettend hard dat je elkaar niet normaal kon verstaan. Het eten is echt slecht en nog maar over de service te zwijgen. Bij het betalen stond er op de bon dat we voor de service moesten betalen HAHA. dit hebben we uiteraard niet gegaan en we hebben met trek dit slechte restaurant verlaten. Ik begrijp werkelijk waar niet waar de zoveel goede recensies vandaan komen.. ik denk van het eigen volk. Wees slim en sla dit restaurant over!!! Voor ons nooit nooit nooit meer.

Too bad our previous review was removed by this restaurant! If you can call this a restaurant at all. Staff is very unfriendly and puts you away in a corner (us being tourists). Own people come first and you are not looked after. After asking for the menu several times we gave our order. Salmon with a salad and meat with some potatoes. The waiter assured us he understood everything. Came back with a plate of meat (well done) for my husband and for me only a plate of salad!!! Kindly asked where the salmon and the rest of the food was but the waiter could not remember that we had ordered from him? Also our drinks were delivered in plastic cups while the own people drank neatly from glasses. In addition, the music of the singers is so incredibly loud that you could not understand each other normally. The food is really bad and not to mention the service. When paying it said on the receipt that we had to pay for the service HAHA. this of course we did not go and we left this bad restaurant with an appetite. I really don't understand where the so many good reviews come from...I guess from the home crowd. Be smart and skip this restaurant!!! For us never never never again.

Peccato che la nostra precedente recensione sia stata rimossa da questo ristorante! Se si può chiamare questo un ristorante a tutti. Il personale è molto scortese e ti mette in un angolo (essendo noi turisti). I propri clienti vengono prima di tutto e non ci si prende cura di loro. Dopo aver chiesto più volte il menu, abbiamo ordinato. Salmone con insalata e carne con patate. Il cameriere ci ha assicurato di aver capito tutto. È tornato con un piatto di carne (ben cotta) per mio marito e per me solo un piatto di insalata!!! Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente dove fossero il salmone e il resto del cibo ma il cameriere non si ricordava che avevamo ordinato da lui? Inoltre, le nostre bevande sono state consegnate in bicchieri di plastica mentre le nostre persone bevevano ordinatamente dai bicchieri. Inoltre, la musica dei cantanti era così incredibilmente alta che non ci si poteva capire normalmente. Il cibo è davvero pessimo, per non parlare del servizio. Al momento di pagare c'era scritto sulla ricevuta che dovevamo pagare anche il servizio HAHA. Questo ovviamente non l'abbiamo fatto e siamo usciti da questo pessimo ristorante con un certo appetito. Non capisco davvero da dove vengano le tante recensioni positive... credo dal pubblico di casa. Siate intelligenti e saltate questo ristorante!!! Per noi...

We stopped by here for dinner as we walked past the previous evening and it looked great. We didn't have a booking, and it was fairly busy but managed to find a table on a Thursday evening.

The service was very inattentive and slow, to the point where after waiting for tens of minutes, we were looking for our waiter to order and then pay. I don't know if they had better things to do on the day, but this isn't acceptable, so -2 stars.

The drinks were good, but we only had 2 as there was no one to order more from. The food was also good and fairly big.

Premetto che il posto è fantastico, e che la recensione la lascio dopo la 2 visita consecutiva. Location top, é una terrazza sul porto di Augusta che tra l'altro è anche illuminato la sera, la piazzetta si presta divinamente bene per quello a cui é destinata. Il problema fondamentale è la gestione davvero pessima di tutto il personale, nonostante aver prenotato il tavolo entrambe le volte ed essere arrivati in orario per accomodarci ci sono voluti almeno 15 minuti. Veniamo alle ordinazioni, camerieri che vagano per i tavoli senza sapere cosa fare realmente, non esistono tovaglie, nemmeno quelle usa e getta monoposto, cucina e bar lavorano in maniera totalmente asincrona, comitiva di 8 persone che ordina da bere (cocktail), e da mangiare (patatine e pinse) ci siamo seduti alle 21.20, ore 21.50 arrivano le pinse, non vedendo arrivare nulla da bere chiediamo al personale di sala e ci dicono che sono in arrivo, nell'attesa non avendo nulla da bere chiediamo 3 bottiglie d'acqua. Ore 22.10, arrivano le patatine (dopo le pinse) ma dell'acqua e dei cocktail nemmeno l'ombra. Ore 22.30 mi alzo e mi dirigo in cucina con l'intento di aprire il frigo e prendere da me 3 bottiglie d'acqua facendole segnare al tavolo. (vi sfido a cenare fuori senza bere nemmeno un goccio d'acqua). Uno dei camerieri mi dice: "non puoi aprire il frigo e prendertela"... "bastava chiedere". Insomma esperienza pessima, i ragazzi in sala non hanno nessuna colpa, la colpa è della gestione che dovrebbe semplicemente investire un po' di più sul personale, assumendo qualche persona in più e i tavoli verrebbero serviti senza nessun disguido. Aggiungo inoltre che l'ambiente è davvero carino, ma frequentato purtroppo da ragazzini dai 15 ai 18 anni che bevono messi in piedi a 50cm dal tavolo dove le altre persone mangiano. Non...
