Due Lune — Restaurant in Aviano

I ate here for the first time today. I will go back to try more on the menu. The only reason for the less than 5 star is people i ate with asked for medium cooked steaks. They came out blue which with gristley steak made it inedible. However the rest of the food was simply made very good. The shrimps were cooked perfect, muscles were one bite with no foul smell or rubberyness. I will go back for sure. I appologize that i did not get any pictures as i wasnt feeling well...

Nice to see a fixed menu that varies from the usual dishes(spaghetti with ragout, pomodoro, bistecca, etc...) and propose creative and genuine delicacies. Today I had tagliatelle with prawns and pistachio cream while as a main course I have opted for the beef carpaccio(very jealous of my colleague's choice as he ordered some beautiful grilled sardines). Service slow... took over hour to get food... wall dirty... flies... pizza ran out... food was very good so complimentary to the chef. Not sure I will return for dinner but may do lunch and hopefully the service will be a lot quicker. Looking forward to some of the amazing desserts that I didn't get a chance to have... since our reservation was for 8:30 and we got finish eating at 10:30.... too long for a first course and a second as both...
