Ristorante Lago Grande - Pub Bel Sugne’ — Restaurant in Avigliana

I've been here on a saturday with some friends for lunch. POSITIVE: wonderful terrace with a spectacular view; good food at a good prize and quantity; same for beverages; super nice inside especially if you are a superheroes lover (all the inside is full of action figures, and real size superheroes...amazing!); nice people behind the counter. NEGATIVE: a male waiter that was very rude. We booked for 12 people but we arrived just in 10 so he said out loud and annoyed 'good, a table for 12 and you are 10'. We stared at each other kinda embarrassed and shocked and we proposed to stay closer so he could take one of the table and use it for other customers. He also took the order in a confusing way and one of my friends received the starter and the first course together. I've been a waitress for a long time and that is not...

Loved it. The staff was super friendly and the food was very good and it came very quickly. On top of that you get to eat with the beautiful lake view. Especially in summer. If you want to eat by the first tables by the lake you should chose to go around 9pm when the sun is setting, otherwise it'll be too hot to enjoy the food and view. But for those who like to eat early you can always take a table a little in the back where's shade and the view is still enjoyable. It was a very relaxing...

The restaurant's sort of mediocre, long waiting and weary staff, but the pub is great: amazing view and one of the best collection of pop culture action figures, posters and statues in all Italy. Don't get too annoyed if the waiters don't serve you right away or if you have to ask first for a table: they are used to locals who come just to see the collections as it was some kind of cartoon or film museum. It's understandable.
