Abbiamo cenato ieri sera. Il posto è molto bello, accogliente e ben disposto. Panorama mozzafiato. Al tavolo ci è giunto un aperitivo di benvenuto composto da un prosecco e dei Crostini. Abbiamo cenato in tre. Preso due antipasti di crudo e uno cotto (una parmigiana di pesce spada e melenzane). Due primi (calamarata di pesce spada alla bagnarola e gli scialatelli) e un secondo (involtini di pesce spatola). Tutto eccellente ad eccezione degli scialatelli, troppo sapidi. L'ho comunicato e con grande garbo mi è stato chiesto cosa desiderassi: ho preso un secondo (tortino di pesce spatola), spettacolare! Abbiamo bevuto una bottiglia di bianco, pecotello calabrese. Abbiamo concluso con una cheese cake ai mirtilli e parfait alle mandorle, eccellenti (e non congelati).
