Hands down the perfect evening. We were lucky to get a reservation and I highly recommend you do the same! When I say perfect evening, I truly mean it. The property is so beautiful. My husband and my friend were so busy taking pictures we were a few minutes late but still greeted with nothing but warmth. The staff are so kind and friendly. The three of us chose to partake in the tasting menu and it was out of this world. We also opted for the wine tasting. The pairings were by far the best wine we have had in Italy during our two month tour. I cannot emphasize how truly wonderful each selection is. The dishes and wines felt like they were specifically made for one another. Each dish was so perfectly balanced and prepared with such attention and detail. Our compliments to the Chef and the entire staff. We hope to visit again soon. It isn’t often I crave a specific meal but honestly I cannot stop thinking about this one. Thank you so much to everyone that played a part in this wonderful...

It's rare when you know, during a meal, that you're going to remember it for a long time. As we progressed through each local, carefully-selected and beautifully-presented course (and glass!), I knew that my partner and I would look back often and with warmth at our dinner experience at Tre Rane. Often, as a vegetarian, I'm relegated to a few menu options - here, the attentive and well-informed front-of-house team walked me through nearly half a menu's worth of options I could - and did - enjoy (I think my meat-eating partner ate the entire other half). I loved the cauliflower and carrot antipasti preparations, and could dwell on the perfectly cooked spaghetti - and the delicious egg and asparagus tempura that followed. But, despite all elements of the meal being outstanding, the thing that stood out the most was the service. Claudio and Lorenzo, among other exceptionally caring folks on the team - and alongside a kitchen team that truly knows how to execute - made our evening an...

We joined Tre Rane Ruffino for their New Year’s Eve dinner and, unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity. At one point, we were served cold, processed turkey deli meat over spinach—something far below the standard you’d expect, especially in Italy, a country renowned for its culinary excellence. Even the bread, a staple of any meal, was bland and unremarkable.

This was particularly disappointing because we booked this experience expecting something special and memorable. Instead, it felt like an overpriced, poorly executed event that offered little to no value. To add to the frustration, the wine tour included in the dinner was conducted exclusively in Italian, despite the organizers knowing we weren’t native speakers.

Spending so much money on such a subpar experience left us deeply dissatisfied. We had hoped for a unique and enjoyable celebration, but unfortunately, it fell far short of...

The accommodations are amazing and everything has been five stars except the wine tour and the bar onsite. The wine tour was overpriced for what you actually receive compared to others in the region. The bar also tried to charge us for sampling some wines we were looking to buy which was a big turn off because it was offered as a sample. We have since found out that this winery was bought by a corporation so it makes sense why it has turned to profits over passion.

The quality of the food at this restaurant was very delicious. We had the pate antipasto which came with liver pate that was wonderfully flavorful and creamy, a liver creme brulee that had a strange spongy consistency, and a meatball with a perfect texture. The primi we shared was a creamy funghi dish. The anatra was very tender. Overall, this was a pleasurable dining experience
