Don't stop here if you don't reeeaaally need to. I can accept the place being in mediocre condition but the service by the smaller lady with glasses was just unbelievable. Literally empty inside she looked at me contini uously before I asked when I could place my order. Only then she told me to pay at the cashier first... After that I waited 8 minutes for my panino to be ready... She served about 5 other people that came in in the meantime and never even considered looking if the bread was ready... I regularly stop at places like this and I'm quite aware of the time these things take to geta up a panino. Especially cuz it was hot already as she had just taken out other pens before putting mine in.. Might be the only lady that was horrible in client service but that did it for me. Stopped here for...

Italians are know scummers. But to scam like this in this place - i never had. I bought electric vape and in 2 minutes came back as it didn’t work. It happens to vapes - sometimes they are bad from the start. They refused to change or give money back and even pretend they didn’t see us before) rude, impolite personal started to shout at us on a cashier) i called police and they said that i am not the first one. They will come over to check but for us it was just charging point so we didn’t lose more time for these animals. The nastiest and most terrible people i met in Italy. Good parking lot, but lack of spaces for trucks. You can park along the road at entry. If you are late, just park on the road at entry. On the weekend, even on Saturdays, it's difficult to find space for trucks. Toilets are clean. There are 4 showers in the gas station for free of charge. Staff is really friendly at the gas station...
