In Tuscany, driving to Milan. For us, this was one of those unplanned, we are hungry, let’s stop here events. Glad we did! We have been traveling from Switzerland to Italy, for about four weeks. So, we have had many dining experiences for breakfast, lunch and dinner!, from fancy to not so fancy! We rated this as one of top three favs! It was a small restaurant and quaint! The owners (husband and wife), were delightful! The wife is the chef and she is amazing. There were four of us and we all tried something different. Every dish was to perfection, fresh and homemade. Our salads were garden fresh. My pizza and crust were so light, yet crunchy and flavorful. The chef said she used Tuscan flour only! Home fresh vegitables, fruits and various home made dishes. Menu is simple, but tasty. Wine card is very simple, but again it makes sense.
