My wife and i visited this restaurant last night , and were treated to the most memorable presentation of a traditional Tuscan meat Feast….after making the difficult choices of what meat to eat…. Wild Boar / Lamb / Florentine Steak / Veal or a regular steak…we chose the Wild Boar ragu pappardelle to start . The pasta was perfection. We then shared a Truffle infused beef steak that was sizzled and grilled on an open charcoal grill that was just steps from our table… the Snap / Crackle of the imported South American wood burning under the grill and specially selected by “Rica” - the Meat Master / Chef created a unique and special ambience and aroma in the restaurant . I dont think i have ever enjoyed a steak like this. We shared a beautiful fresh salad and deep fried veggies that completed the dinner…. The Chianti wine suggested was perfectly paired with the meat…. After ordering tiramisu after six dinners in six different Tuscan restaurants , i can confirm that this Tiramisu was the best so Far….😂 we did not get out of the restaurant without sharing a Grapa with Rica standing over the Grill….. What a treat to meet and enjoy his hospitality and that of his...

I was pleasantly surprised that almost all the tables in the restaurant were occupied. The complete disappointment was that we had to wait 2 hours for our order. On this day, the restaurant staff was not able to cope with serving guests. The waiter forgot to inform that they could not prepare one of the dishes in the order. this became clear only after two hours of waiting. The chef apologized and presented him with a bottle of wine. But the waiter completely ruined the situation - instead of the bill, she simply named the amount, which, as I later recalculated, was significantly inflated. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but the...
