Very bad customer service. The older man staff was very unpleasant. My card declined because I have issues with contact less payments, I explained I need to insert my card, the card machine didn't let me put in pin, it kept saying to do contact less payment. The server was rude, instead of trying to help he glared at me that I'm stopping the queue, luckily my boyfriends cars worked fine. But really wouldn't go there again, very bad way to treat customer. Very bad service!!! I asked a cappuccino and an espresso in cups to go to take them away. They gave me in porcelain cups. I asked them to change the coffee . So, they brought single-use cups and poured the coffee from porcelain cups to disposable cups. I don't know which is worse - to pour cappuccino to another cup or espresso. That was bad. The Peroni Bar in Bari airport absolutely takes the case for not only have the RUDEST staff but also having a staff full of liars. I asked if they could accommodate me by making a sandwich without meat and they looked me in my face and said “no, we don’t have any bread” but there was PLENTY of bread in the back.
