Cosy, tastefully decorated, warm room. Amazing mattress, kettle with a selection of teas and homemade biscuits. Beautiful location, amazing view from the patio. A warm welcome with tea and biscuits next to the fireplace. Tasty breakfast with cheese, fruits, bread and more. Truly a wonderful place.

Enjoy excellent food, beautiful views, possibly Italy’s best breakfast and helpful, fluently english speaking hosts.||||Villa Via truly is a hidden gem. Maybe a bit cold in October, but the mountains are still so beautiful. Olive trees surrounds Villa Vea and the place is still an active farm. The mother harvests olives during the day and cook for you both morning and evening with the help of her 2 adult sons and her 77-year old mother. Her 88-year old father helps out in the field. The family feeling is genuine and great. ||||The food is truly amazing here. We stayed 4 nights here and enjoyed half board every day. The breakfast is the best ever tasted in Italy. Every day we had a big selection of freshly baked croissants and pastries, parma ham, melon, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bacon and much more. ||||Dinner was classic Italien at its best. If you can eat it, she will make all 4 courses (Antipasta, pasta, carne (main course) and dolce (dessert)). Our favourites were the antipasta and pasta. Only my husband was able to eat more than that, so he also enjoyed meat and dessert. The house wine was included in the half board and it tasted great. ||||My daughter enjoyed a pasta class and they made special desserts for her. She loved all the animals around the farm
 horses, cats, dogs, ducks, chickens
||||Driving in this area can be a bit tricky. Google maps and our GPS took us to a new level of adventure. Make sure you plan your route, take the right exits and you are a skilled driver. Don’t arrive from Naples late at night! ||||If you arrive from Naples coming down the coast on E45 take Exit Battipaglia Sud to SS18. Continue south and go east when you reach SS166. Don’t take any exits later than that because then you end up on the wrong side of a mountain chain! You don’t want that - we’ve been there! Remember small coins (Euros) for road tolls!||||There are lots to see in the area. Paestum was the highlight and it took one hour drive from Villa Vea. The youngest son at Villa Vea had excellent english skills and a great knowledge of the area. He was very helpful, polite and provided a great service.||||We will recommend this place to all our friends. Very kid friendly. Great...

Putting in words the deep feeling of wellbeing and happiness you get in Villa Vea is not easy. ||What I can try to describe is the very clear kindness and warmth that Andrea, Emilio, Angela and super grandma share with their hosts as soon as you get there. The peaceful atmosphere is superb, views are breathtaking and the calmness will stay with you for the whole time you are there. What is special about their food is how they are able to offer extremely genuinely 0 km home-grown products cooked in such a rich and delicious way. Your palate will smile and your body will be grateful for the wholesome meals. Wine is an elixir and spoiling yourself with one of their special sweets is a great way to end the meal. I go back to Bellosguardo a few times a year and whenever I go, this little corner of paradise makes me feel glad to be alive. Thanks...
