Nomad Fusion Kitchen — Restaurant in Bianco

Exquisite fresh sushi presented beautifully in a very cool relax ambience pretty much sums this dining experience! I really didn’t know what to expect from a sushi restaurant in Bianco however, it exceeded all expectations. We were a big group of about 11 people. We were served very quickly. We allowed the team to choice a variety of dishes for us. All the dishes were exquisite, beautifully presented and very cleverly executed using fresh local fish. Compliments to the chef for not trying to do the standard sushi dishes and for really allowing the fresh fish to be the focus of the meal! The prawns were to die for! The desserts were also delicious! It’s a small restaurant with a very cool relax vibe. The service was great! The team were very attentive to us and it was a really lovely dining experience. Personale garbatissimo e professionale. Cura in ogni dettaglio, non tralasciando l’elemento fondamentale, la materia prima , il pesce , di primissima qualità, difficilmente riconoscibile da chi è abituato ad andare a mangiare sushi da “ all you can eat” dove il prezzo (basso) copre ogni difetto, in questo caso del pesce marcio! Inizio col dire che il ristorante è veramente bello, si vede che c'è cura anche nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo ordinato 2 porzioni di gamberi in tempura veramente buoni.
