We were recommended this resturant 6 years ago and is now a one of the highlights of our holiday every year. As stated by most, the location is amazing as you are over the beach. we have always booked in advance the lobster as this is their signature dish, amazing taste and the price is as expected. We have found the staff very friendly and i believe reading most of the negative comments is only due to the language barrier. please accept its a local place that accepts outsiders with a smile, but if your only speak english, better to find a place to eat in the turist area. great resturante please ignore the low scores and enjoy...

Firstly the waitress was rude, not welcoming and impatient. The menu was in Italian so it took us a while to choose. We later noticed that their behavior was completely different toward italian speaking customers than toward non-Italian speaking ones. We had to wait over an hour for our food while other people (Italians I suppose), who came after us, were almost done with theirs. However they still managed to serve us undercooked pasta with unseasoned sauce. The food was mediocre especially for the prices we had to pay. But the staff at the bar were very kind and friendly. In conclusion I would not recommend this restaurant...

Very unfriendly people. When I was looking for a place to have a drink with my parents we stopped here. Unfortunately the bar had already closed and the restaurant was just open for diner. When we wanted to leave, the guy of the place suddenly got a very agressive attitude telling us to leave immediatly if we did not want to eat, driving us out of the restraurant. Very strange situation, wouldnt recommend going there. Would definately recommend going to chiosco bar da ricciolina further...
