We got lucky to find a table without a reservation on a Saturday night. Ezio answered the phone and with the few words he knew in English he said, tonight? Sie, come! He was a wonderful host. It felt like we were eating at home with our family. His son is running the kitchen and Ezio runs the front of the house. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. My husband had the beef with artichoke and arugula, and I had the fish filet. We order the side dishes and dessert. It was fresh and cooked to perfection. I wish we would have taken photos of the food. When one is traveling I recommend going to the family-owned restaurants where the locals eat.
