Astonishing landscape surrounded by mountains and houses of an old little village, cozy little sophisticated “bettola” where the genuine food is very well prepared and offered as if it was jewellery (which might be an oxymoron if you truly know what “bettola” means in our history and language) but this people are brave enough to keep these kind of places alive and I would recommend it for some calm and beauty if you avoid weekends or touristic period, possibly. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and the family who owns the adjoining B&B. From the water used in their house IPA to the bread for their ROSburger, everything is thoughtfully done and special. We stumbled across this hidden gem and couldn't get enough. Tried a lot of the menu over the 2 days we were there. The quality of the ingredients and the care they gave them shows in every bite. Riconfermo le recensioni ottime per questo posto magnifico sia per il locale, che per la location che per il cibo. Consiglio di valutare un pranzo perché con la luce del giorno si mangia con una vista magnifica sulle montagne che se sono innevate sono davvero suggestive. 🏔️ Anche a cena però non starete male perché il locale è molto accogliente, in uno stile che mescola il rustico al moderno. In estate c’è anche il dehor. Ma passando alla parte interessante, parliamo del cibo: non dovete assolutamente farvi scappare il tagliere misto. Questo è un must ed è anche interessante capire cosa vi viene servito perché è tutta materia prima locale: vi viene spiegato tutto dal titolare quando vi viene servito e vi assicuro che dopo ve lo gusterete il doppio. Nulla da togliere anche agli altri antipasti, con delle bruschette super cariche servite con chips di zucca. Buono anche il secondo che ho preso che era l’ossobuco. Ma devo dire che quasi vi consiglierei di stare più sugli hamburger che ho visto solo passare ma che sono davvero incredibili. Mentre l’ossobuco era buono ma forse quei troppi peperoni non me l’han fatto amare. Comunque è difficile sbagliare. Davvero tutto di ottima qualità. Anche i dolci sono buoni e consiglio assolutamente lo zabaglione. Qui nelle foto non lo vedete perché appena arrivato era già finito. 😅 Non dimenticatevi di provare pure la birra perché nonostante non ne sia un superfan mi è strapiaciuta.
