Where to begin ! I'll begin by praising their most delicious talents & gifts along with their super wonderful, beautiful friendliness, and super warm hospitality! Believe you too will consider 4-5 star experience ... They have my, and our tongues tantalised with the tagliolini & lake perch with cherry tomatoes pasta dish as our absolute favourites! The perch plate is plentiful and tasty !! We also really liked their fish dish that comes on beautiful plates and dishes such as baccala & olives fresh from the lake to the oven to the table... Followed with sweet desert wine and tozzetti ... The other night a fresh crostata, - a delicious tart with fresh pastry cream and topped with whole fresh black berries... The chef ... She's wonderful!! ... She's an incredibly beautiful person, woman ! Such a sweet sweet and wonderful woman and brava chef , cannot say enough good things about her ... Brava e brave! Our finest compliments to yous !! Our hats off to you ! They really roll out the red carpet & fine service and open their trattoria, they open themselves warmly to all and we feel truly welcomed and appreciated there as they are truly appreciated and adored! After 10 days in Italy, including Rome and Florence we were wrapping up our adventure in Trevignano Romano. After a few days of driving around the area I found this gem. I felt like I was no longer a tourist, but a guest at the dinner table of a close friend. The appetizer was the most well portioned and best tasting variety I had in Italy. There was a jam, it was incredible! It was as if someone took clementines and cinnamon and a sliced kick. We had a few other courses including chicken and meat rolls (not meatballs to my surprise lol) made with ingredients we saw the cook growing out back earlier. I wish this business the best. A most wonderful delicious trattoria scenically set above lake Bracciano, where one will surely find tastiest dishes, lovliest accommodation owners and chefs. We as a family personally recommend and always enjoy most the homemade tagliatelli with fresh lake persico, it's truly one of the best and tastiest pasta dishes discovered in all of the restaurants throughout all of Italy.
