I’ll start with the staff’s politeness and the lady’s (owner?) interest in us being satisfied with everything. And we were. Our food was in our plates, the extra gated cheese arrived, the drinks were in our glasses. But the taste was missing. Completely. My papardelle al ragu only worked as a basis for said cheese. My companion had a truffle gnocchi, equally blunt. We are both still wondering how can truffle - usually with a VERY strong flavor and fragrance - can be so flat. I won’t say much about La Pergola’s decoration (definitely the outdoor seating looks much better but we were there on a chilly Autumn day) which matches the bluntness of the food’s because this is a matter of personal taste (pun intended) but the smell of a mix of incense stick and seafood made me feel nauseous. I’m glad that other patrons enjoyed the food, I really am. Maybe we caught them...

Wonderful place with amazing food, very clean (daily cleaning) and spacious rooms. The location is a quite place, in the middle of the vineyards, at about 1 hour from main attractions : Gardaland, Lago di Garda, Venice, Verona, wine cellars, etc. Beautiful very big garden and free parking. Excellent and rich breakfast included. With the best coffee and cappuccino in the area 😋! The restaurant has very good food and amazing variety of wine. Great service, excellent hospitality , lovely people, very kind and open to ideas about things to do around the location. Pet friendly. We went on nice walks with our dog 🐕‍🦺around the location, through vineyards. We spent great time there, nothimg to complain about, we recommend it and we definitely...

Ciao viaggiatori,||sono di nuovo in viaggio, nuovi luoghi, nuovi profumi. Per arrivare in questa Trattoria mi sono persa tra le stradine interne...e ne sono contenta. Era il tramonto, colori da tavolozza, ombre da Goya, luce fioca e immaginifica. La camera è bella, pulita e accogliente. Ogni aggettivo risulta banale, ma questa camera infonde calma. Me ne scendo a cena, fa caldo e preferisco stare fuori. E' un giorno feriale e il simpatico tavolo di amici alle mie spalle entra far parte dell'atmosfera. sono a dieta, e scelgo la proposta fuori menù di tagliatelle con porcini freschi eeeeee...bam la dieta si polverizza e me la godo! pasta buonissima, porcini profumatissimi..tutti i superlativi si accavallano e sgomitano per prendere il primo posto. Buonissime anche le erbe di campo che scelgo come piatto finale. Il cuoco mi racconta che i grissini sono fatti in cucina....insomma non so se sia stata la dieta e l'astinenza da sapori decisi o che altro, ma tutto mi è sembrato degno di nota. ||Mi permetto di consigliarlo..alla fine fate quattro chiacchiere con la patronne del locale, troverete una persona sapiente e appassionata di cucina!!||ciao viaggiatori,...
