Tourist Group Tour Review : Given our background coming from Indonesia, please keep in mind our tastebud is very subjective. But for other subjects I'll try to be objective. . Last we come to europe in 2015, we always try to stop at Autogrill for toilet stop or quick snack. Different situations this time around at every freeway station (not just Autogrill but Nuevo as well) when we go for toilet break there's always a staff or cleaning staff waiting for us outside the toilet while clinking coins on their hands... And I pay attention, they didn't clinking them coins to other Caucasian, just us Asian Tourists. . This reminds me of my hometown where we have to pay for every public toilet (mind you, Indonesia is still considered developing country), the methods are the same. I wouldn't mind paying for toilet, but surely you can install coin turnstile machine so paying for toilet doesn't discriminate between Asian or Caucasian or any other visible race traits. . On other note I've truly enjoyed the Italian coffee culture, eg drinking Espresso...

Neither cooking nor organisation nor thinking is a strength of this place. People stop here because they’re tired and want a break. Otherwise I don’t see why would someone voluntarily patron this place.

Food total trash. It’s a disgrace!

No cutlery next to check out. It’s hidden and inconveniently placed where people are waiting in line.

Unbelievable but no in the middle of a pandemic they put no sanitisers on the tables. I travel extensively and have never seen anything like it anywhere in the world.
