Fabbrica in Pedavena Brivio — Restaurant in Brivio

Today we dined at this Fabbrica di Pedavena near Brivio (LC), and overall, the experience was almost perfect. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, ranging from pizza and burgers to grilled meats, Valtellinese specialties, and much more. The beers were excellent, the service was quick and friendly, and the waitstaff was attentive. Prices were reasonable, and the food quality was good.

However, there was one major downside: cleanliness. The table we were seated at was, to say the least, disgusting. The gaps in the wood contained an unacceptable amount of dirt, clearly visible and easily removable with a toothpick or coaster. This was a visible hygiene issue, indicating a lack of attention to detail in cleaning. It raises concerns about the standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and other areas if the dining tables, where customers eat, drink, and place their hands, are neglected in this way.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not return. It’s a pity, as everything else was commendable.

Sono stato a mangiare nella sede appena aperta a Brivio. Direi che in generale non sono stato male, ma non mi sento di dare più di due stelle in quanto io sono abituato a dare giudizi in base al prezzo: ho mangiato un cheeseburger pagato ben 13€. Normalmente, in altri posti si va da 8€ a 10€ max per questa portata. Non dico che era male, ma nemmeno eccellente (ho mangiato di meglio), di sicuro il piatto non vale il prezzo che è molto sopra la media. Prezzo nella media, invece, per la birra che però mi ha deluso: nel complesso è anche buona, ma nulla di eccezionale ... anche qui si trova di meglio! Insomma, ho speso 37€ (eravamo in 2) per un cheesburger, una piadina, un piatto di patate, un thè freddo e due birre. A pari menù, altrove, ho sempre speso almeno 10€ di meno mangiando, a volte, anche meglio ... Insomma, direi che si può consigliare per una birretta che non è eccellente ma neanche male, mentre per mangiare direi di no: a queste cifre non ne vale la pena, c'è di meglio ...

Inutile rispondere facendo notare che la carne è Italiana: non significa assolutamente nulla sulla qualità ne sul valore ... Io ho espresso un'opinione che ribadisco: l'hamburger non era male, dico solo che 13€ è un prezzo molto sopra la media (considerato anche la porzione a dir poco risicata di patatine) che io, PERSONALMENTE, non ho trovato giustificato rispetto ad altri posti che, pur costando meno, offrono carne di qualità e provenienza certificata anche loro. Cosi come tutto il resto del menù . Anche le pizze le avete con prezzi sopra la media: da voi costa € 6 una margherita che non mi è sembrata più buona delle moltissime pizzerie che vi circondano e la prezzano dai 4 ai 5 euro. L'unica spiegazione del sovra prezzo , a mio parere, potrebbe essere nella location/brand: in tal caso potrei capire anche se, sinceramente, a me sembrava un locale abbastanza informale ... boh? Comunque questa è solo la mia opinione, magari molti altri potrebbero non pensarla come me, ci mancherebbe ... Detto questo, da parte mia non c'è, ovviamente, astio e vi auguro il meglio possibile per il vostro ...

Recently opened restaurant/beer pub that offers everything from pizza to hamburgers to pasta, grilled meats, salads, and dessert. They even have a menu for little kids which makes this place a good choice for family dining. I really like that it has so much space (this place is HUGE!) and also well-lit, but apart from the beautiful interior, I think the waitstaff are doing an excellent job given that they've been open for only a few weeks.
