At Osteria Stemmi — Restaurant in Brugnera

Nice osteria in Brugnera with high quality food and drinks. We had some crostini and a tartare, the piece of resistance of the osteria. Well, both the crostini and the beef tartare were amazing. The tartare portion was big, with three heart shaped pieces with different seasoning. The wine list is good, we had a nice Merlot. Desserts were a nice surprise, especially their interpretation of the classic tiramisu. Prices are decent and in line with the quality. Overall it's a nice and cozy place with a relaxed attitude....

Siamo arrivati all’osteria agli stemmi senza prenotazione. Il locale aveva tavoli liberi. Siamo entrati chiedendo se potevamo mangiare qualcosina, ci hanno risposto in modo assertivo ma frettoloso e ci siamo seduti in autonomia su un tavolo vuoto vicino all’entrata. Ordiniamo due barbera e non ci portano nemmeno due patatine. Per poter ordinare qualcosina abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte al personale una lista/menu. È arrivata la proprietaria dicendoci che non poteva servirci nulla, eccetto i crostini, poiché non avevamo prenotato. Chiediamo che crostini poteva portarci e ci risponde che era il marito ad occuparsene e che ci avrebbe portato 4 crostini misti. Accettiamo, non potendo fare altro. Ci arrivano 2 crostini identici al formaggio (non buono, io intollerante al lattosio) e 2 crostini identici al salame e porcini crudi (mio moroso allergico si funghi). Li mangiamo e ci alziamo per pagare. Al momento del conto ci chiede con compassione se vogliamo mangiare qualcosina perché in 5 minuti il locale si era magicamente “calmato”.
