What a gem. Amazing food. Generous portions. Very tasty pasta dishes (highlight was the lo scrigno della fenice, 10 beautiful and delicious parcels and perfect al dente chitarra with meat sauce). A steak which was enough for 2-3 people. Good value for money. Service with a smile despite the language barrier. Nicely situated with a view of the fishing lake and mountains. TV on not my cup of tea but the food and views...

I honestly don't know why other reviewers were hapoy with the food in this restaurant. The pasta dishes we are were undercooked and still dry, the green salad came without any dressing at all and thd grilled vegetables were also not good. We didn't try much more. I admit we are not itallian so maybe we are missing something but we felt no one really bothered in the kitchen to make the food...

Una scoperta inaspettata durante il lavoro!

Cercando un punto di sosta mi sono imbattuto in questo posto incantevole... e che sorpresa! Il proprietario è stato da subito estremamente gentile e ci ha fatto sentire a casa, con quel calore e quell’ospitalità che raramente si trovano in giro. Ma la vera scoperta è stata la cucina: prodotti freschissimi, tutti locali, scelti con grande attenzione e passione. I piatti sono genuini, saporiti, caserecci ma curati nei dettagli. Abbiamo seguito il consiglio del proprietario sui primi... ed è stato un successo! Il posto è immerso nel verde, con un bel laghetto dove si può anche praticare la pesca sportiva. Fuori c’è un prato con tavoli all’aperto dove potersi rilassare in tranquillità e godersi il paesaggio. Un luogo autentico, semplice e di qualità, che consiglio davvero a chi ama la buona cucina e la natura. Tornerò...
