Tagliere misto con deliziosi formaggi di produzione propria (si possono anche acquistare e portare a casa) e speck di ottima qualità (sale e spezie non coprono il delicato sapore affumicato). Risotto ai finferli e porcini abbondante e saporito, costine sapientemente abbrustolite sul grill a legna morbide come burro, filetto ai finferli tenerissimo. Da menzionare il Krautsalat con speck, lo strudel ai mirtilli e la grappa al cirmolo. Ci sono anche due piste per giocare a "Kegeln" all' interno. Un bel posto dove passare ore piacevoli...

Wir waren unglaublich begeistert von diesem Lokal. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service sehr sympathisch und freundlich, die Lage ist klasse und die Fahrt dort hoch für sich schon ein kleines Erlebnis. Der Dame im Service merkte man an, dass sie ihren Beruf gerne macht, die Freundlichkeit kam einfach von Herzen. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Südtirol werden wir definitiv wieder hier essen gehen!
