Malga di Cloz — Restaurant in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

It took us over 30 minutes to just order once we sat outside. We had to stop the waiters and at the third try we finally made it. We ordered 2 spritz and 2 brulè, all of them quite disappointing. The spritz were low-quality and waterish. The brulè wine was poured into a milk-kettle and heated that way (for real!). We had to get back in and took another 15' to simply pay. Not to mention there was just one toilet for the whole place... Luckily it wasn't...

A nice stop after a long walk through the Maddalene. We had a charcuterie and cheese board which was very good. People are nice and the service is very quick. We loved to be outside and have a nice view over the mountains. It's easily accessible with a short walk from the parking down...

Sita in un ambiente bellissimo, malga cloz è una struttura davvero splendida sia per quanto riguarda la malga stessa che il locale ristoro. Un unico difetto che debbo attribuirle è quello riguardante la cucina che, almeno per i piatti che ci sono stati serviti, lascia alquanto a desiderare. Polenta e spezzatino di cervo: polenta appena calda e spezzatino che del cervo non era che un lontano, anzi lontanissimo parente. Polenta con formaggio :tiepida la polenta ed il formaggio assomigliava più ad una suola di scarpa che ad altro. L'unica portata davvero buona e genuina è stata quella del dolce; uno yogurt ai frutti di bosco da leccarsi i baffi. Peccato che questi ristori siti proprio a due passi dall'Alto Adige non riescano da loro a copiare il minimo indispensabile per far contenta...
