This was our second trip to San Quintino and this time there was no noise from the restaurant, so it must have been a one off due to a party last time (the owner did mention it was the party but I thought it might be a constant issue, obviously it's not). Dinner outside on the terrace facing the grounds was glorious. The breakfast in the morning is really exceptional. Again we had it outside on the terrace. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the beautiful garden or restaurant. Very relaxing, countryside break and it knocks the socks off any other hotel in the area. At 95 euros a night including the magnificent breakfast this is a real bargain. Lovely friendly staff are on hand. There aren't a lot of rooms but they are very large, with clean, new bathrooms. The restaurant and sitting room downstairs and just gorgeous. Make sure you get good directions because this is hidden in the countryside. Well worth the trip. Great if you have business in...
Read moreThis is an absolutely lovely property, the decor is great. The rooms are beautiful and so are the bathrooms. The restaurant downstairs though means that a lot of noise comes up to the rooms, so you won't get to sleep till late. The country setting is beautiful, though a little hard to find. The breakfast was good (no eggs though). Food at the restaurant was in the 'trying to hard' category. The ravioli were better. Portions are small. I would have preferred hearty country food rather than food which was an experiment. The prices were reasonable and the desserts were very good. The restaurant itself though is...
