This place is just amazing! So we’ve been visiting Sardegna for 2 weeks and were mostly disappointed with the food, although we choose always from the best restaurants. But oh boy, this restaurant is something special. Food is delicious and plentiful; we had the fish appetisers which were not the usual appetiser that we expected, but something like 8 or more different plates (not small ones!!!) with some of the best seafood I’ve ever had for the first plate we had some kind of pasta with small pieces of super tender and saucy meat. Again, impressed with the taste, the deep and perfectly balanced flavour. Wow! second and last plate (I have a big belly so it fits, but here my wife just took a bite and topped off) was the “tagliata”, the beef slices perfectly cooked as requested. The meat was of good quality and without tendons or fat. Seems like was cooked at wood fire as it had a nice tasta of it, but I’m not sure about it and might be wrong. It came with a lot of rucola and parmigianno and it was a very good plate. unfortunately my wife was too full to have a dessert (usually I get to taste 2 different desserts), so I decided to have for myself a tiramisu as they didn’t had any more panacota. Of well, this is not your usual tiramisu, of course is not. On the top it had grated chocolate of very good quality (not the cacao powder) and inside the cream was super thick and full of flavour. I had similarly good tiramisu only in a Michelin star restaurant, and this one might have been better. We are doing the island tour and we deeply regret that we had booked only a night here because would have loved to eat once more here and try the other dishes.
We also had some good white wine. If remember well done in-house like most of their products (like they are producing their own olive oil!!!). You would expect that all these for 2 people to cost you some money, but it was way cheaper than expected and really felt uncomfortable paying so little for what we got.
Honest advice: you will regret not eating here. Get there hungry and properly empty as you will need all the space you can find.
We also got the chance to meet the owner/chef of the place and this girl is so nice. It makes perfect sense why everything is so good after you’re talking to her.

Aber der Ehrgeiz uns Krauts abzuholen war nicht gegeben eine Pizza die voll Öl stand Spaghetti mit Muscheln ohne Geschmack und wiederum viel Öl. Aber das war noch nicht die Krönung mit der Bitte uns Balsamico zum Salat zu reichen kam dieser vom Lidl ( hier einen Dank an Dieter Schwarz). Fazit bist du Sarde Probier es alle anderen fahrt schnell am besten mit Vollgas weiter. Oh noch ein Wort zum Brot und den Oliven keine Ahnung auf wieviel Tischen dieser eklige Eimer voll Oliven schon Stand und das Brot hatte die besten Zeiten vorgestern schon...
