Da tanti anni vengo in Sardegna posso dire Signor Franco Contini con la sua Signora Silvana Contu Suo Figli Francesco che sono i Proprietari di questo angolo di Paradiso,Con rispetto eleganza simpatia e gioia con la loro felicità posso dire, che soddisfano proprio tutti noi voto10 Signorilità cortesia gentilezza con i loro profumi,prodotti i sapori della Sardegna. La loro cucina tradizionale di Cabras,il paese con lo stagnio più grande, se non vado errato di tutta l'Europa grazie a loro paese famoso per il mugine che vive nelle loro acque salmastre, sono diventati i numero uno le uova del mugine viene dato il nome bottega la più preziosa della de l'isola senza togliere niente a gli altri produttori e poi da permettere la grande Famiglia Contini Azienda Vinicola dal 1898 I numeri un con la vernaccia a seguire i vini bianchi i loro studi e professionalità un esempio karma un misto 🍸tra vernaccia 80 per cento 20 per cento vermentino hanno spopolato in tutto il mondo grazie a tutta la loro Famiglia che non o avuto questo onore di averli conosciuti, ma il mio grande grandissimo onore di conosce il numero Uno con la U maiuscola IL SIGNORE ALESSANDRO CONTINI IL TOP DEL TOP CON IL PASSATO DEI BISNONNI,GENITORI CHE SONO RIUSCITI A GALEGIARE CON ALTI E BASSI E ARRIVA IL LORO AMATO FIGLIO ALESSANDRO CHE HA GREDUTO IN SE STESSO E RIUSCITO A DI MOSTRARE CON FATICA E SUDORE CHE LA LORO AZIENDA AGRICOLA POTESSE ESPANDERSI ANCORA DI Più QUESTO NON LO DICO IO MA SONO I NUMERI CHE PARLANO NON SONO PAROLE MA I FATTI. Casual but nice restaurant with AMAZING food. We went for lunch and had the antipasti mix recommended by the waiter (basically small portions of every appetizer). We chose sardinian dishes as our mains; the riso venere had a lovely lemon zest which made the dish super fresh aling with the buratta and tuna, and the crogoristas was simple but super delicious. The Sardas came ontop of a fresh slice of orange and a citrus zest (can totally be shared for 2). Overall a fantastic suprise and one of the best meals we had in Sardinia. The food was delicious and fresh - we had the crab pasta, octopus and potato, salad and grilled shrimp. It is a bit more expensive than your typical restaurant but this is expected due to the location! The staff was friendly and they helped us translate the menu from the board - it was all in Italian but I assume it’s because most people were local. The service was fast.
