Located in Calascibetta, across the valley from Enna, this place appears cut off, but surprisingly attracts a lot of custom, and we soon found out why. This amazingly efficient manager was all smiles and giving very sound recommendations, which we took full advantage of. The first plates of pasta were simply delicious and the artichoke hearts were very simple but beautifully prepared and tasty. The mixed fish grill was great, as was the wild boar, but we had stuffed ourselves initially and we struggled to finish off our mains. Ivana and mara are super polite and welcoming. We had the pasta di mare and it was the best pasta that we have had so far this trip. Cristian (chef) did an outstanding job cooking it. Also, the tiramisú is excellent. We do not speak Italian but with chat gpt and their wonderful personality, the language barrier did not affect our great experience here. 10/10
