I would give this place more stars but sadly we are limited to 5. Il cilento, one of the most lovely places in the southern Italy. Pozzallo is a place we’re you can go to renew your life from scratch and on top of these you find one in a lifetime place were you just don’t want to leave. Un vero incubo. Questo “ristoro” è la dimostrazione vivente di come l’arroganza possa prosperare quando si ha il monopolio assoluto. Il personale? Scontroso, maleducato e completamente disinteressato alle esigenze dei clienti. Nessun sorriso, nessuna disponibilità, sembrava quasi che stessimo disturbando. I prezzi? Fuori da ogni logica. Approfittano del fatto che non ci siano alternative nelle vicinanze: è praticamente un monopolio, e si sente. Un luogo che sopravvive solo perché non c’è concorrenza, non certo per la qualità o l’attenzione al cliente. Sconsiglio vivamente.

( per rispondere al titolare: mi sa che ha sbagliato persone, il mio fidanzato si è avvicinato educatamente al ristoro per chiedere se potessimo buttare lì un piccolo sacchetto dell’immondizia raccolta durante la giornata. La risposta ricevuta dal personale del bar è stata che, non avendo consumato da loro, dovevamo riportarci i rifiuti in paese, così come “loro fanno quando salgono”. Un atteggiamento del genere, oltre a risultare poco ospitale, rischia di incentivare comportamenti incivili, come l’abbandono dei rifiuti sulla spiaggia; cosa che noi non abbiamo assolutamente fatto.
