We have arrived at this locanda on the way from Rifugio Rivetti. After such a long day, such charming place was really nice to find! It is an old building, with an unexpected way to our room in the upmost tower, like those in fairy tales. The view is gorgeous, you can see the mountains from there all around you, and despite the fact that you are practically sitting in the middle of the road, no car passes by. The waiters are very kind and available to any request, and the food was gorgeous, especially the spezzatino. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere delicious. But of course, as someone has already pointed out, it is not a 4 stars hotel, and electricity is there only between 8 pm and midnight. Might sound weird, but for us this was another...

We stayed two nights in this lovely place. It was a long day hiking here from Rifugio Rivetti and we were fascinated by the location and by the views and by the setting - you sit literally on the road, but with less than one car per hour...|Rooms were clean, nicely decorated but no luxury. Bathroom is shared, and was cleaned several times per day by the amazingly friendly staff.|Food was excellent - innovative, fresh, perfectly prepared.||A remark since some people complained about electricity: since one year, the locanda is connected to the power grid, so there were no restrictions on...
