Very good restaurant in small town of Campione d'Italia. We were hotel guests and we were very happy to have this restaurant downstairs. We started from 2 complements from chef Zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta and onion bread. Both were very good. Then we took celery porcini salad. Mushrooms come uncooked, just slightly marinated. Very good refreshing appetizer. My main dish were ravioli with ricotta and spinach and my husband took branzino. This August (2024) we had a lunch in Vali restaurant. It is a real fine dining restaurant! It was haute cuisine in every detail. From the meeting at the entrance to the restaurant and the compliment from the Chef at the beginning to the serving of the dishes themselves, plates and cutlery!
