TOURIST BE AWARE ! Very disappointing experience I will not come back to this place anymore , although I am Italian I found this service very disappointing, the food wasn’t fresh at all and the table service was horrible . Zero respect for COVID safe rules and regulations. No face mask no hand sanitizer all waiters were sweating and coughing around, we try to get the waiter attention multiple time without any luck , they were too busy talking and blaming each other’s for the poor service that they provided. Also the place was full of flies sitting in the food plates and glasses . The food was not fresh at all and the portion were very small , we asked for a bit more of each starter due the fact that we were 4 and the food they brought wasn’t enough not even for 2 people ! They did bring us an extra smaller portion of starter and we been told that because of that we wouldn’t receive the other kind of starter that was mussels. They gave us the pasta straight away without even telling us what kind of pasta they were cooking , after asking multiple time and being told that the chef was preparing and they did not have any news yet one of they waiter finally came with the name of the pasta they were cooking saying “ that’s the kind of pasta we have today you like it or not “ really rude and disrespectful!! We decided to not say anything else because they don’t really care about quality food or quality service but they just care about robbing money to tourist. Also waiters were swearing to each other and we had a 11 years old little girl with us that she’s not used to it and she was very sad of hearing this kind of conversation. I’m writing this review for the patron of the place so he can realise what kind of people are working for him and what the kind of service they are offering and also for all the tourist that get robbed every day from this people , go a little bit further inside the city and you will find better place to eat and...

Abbiamo prenotato in questo luogo ieri 21 aprile Pasquetta per 9 persone. Alla prenotazione ci viene riferito che, essendo giorno di festa, ci sarebbero stati 2 turni per il pranzo ,uno alle 12 e il secondo alle 14,30, e già lì mi è sembrato assurdo dovermi sedere a mangiare ad un orario diverso delle 13 ma vabbè, pace amen, scegliamo il turno delle 14,30 accordandoci per un menù a prezzo fisso comprensivo di antipasti ,2 primi ,3 secondi contorno ,dolce e caffè. Puntuali ci presentiamo ore 14,30 al ristorante e ci viene comunicato che non potranno servirci il primo,non ci viene data una spiegazione plausibile dato che non esiste al mondo una spiegazione per non servire la pasta a delle persone che hanno prenotato un menù preconcordato in un giorno e un ora decisi in precedenza , e già qui vi consiglio di togliere la dicitura RISTORANTE dal vostro locale. Ovviamente si guardano bene dal comunicarci telefonicamente questo disguido onde evitare la sicura cancellazione della nostra prenotazione. Ci sediamo comunque e comincia il peggio,il cameriere non accenna né a un benvenuto né tantomeno a delle scuse per quanto successo e ci serve con la sufficienza di una mensa ,per non parlare ,del vino in plastica ,acqua e bicchieri di plastica. Si salvano solo gli antipasti e il dolce cannolo se pur piccolissimo e rigorosamente 1 a testa, perché i famosi 3 secondi erano solo un "assaggio" di portata ridicoli. Gran finale il caffè in crema in bicchiere di plastica anche quello senza chiedere se magari qualcuno preferiva un espresso. Ci saremmo aspettati almeno un amaro in omaggio o qualcos'altro. Personnel lent, pas à l écoute, le serveur vous demande de répéter plusieurs fois et vous regarde comme si vous pparliez martien! Le cuisinier hurle en permanence et comme la cuisine donne sur la terrasse!!! Nous sommes 4, nous commandons une entrée et 1 plat chacun. 1 de nous reçoit son entrée quand les 3 autres ont terminé de manger. Le mix de carciofi est bon, le sauté de moules beigne dans le beurre! Les plats principaux arrivent... Le filet de poisson est cuit au beurre, les frites sont crues et immangeables! Les pâtes aux pomodorini et les pâtes à l arrabiata sont également cuites au beurre!!! L un de nous est allergique au beurre et ne peux donc pas manger son plat. Je l explique au serveur qui me regarde comme un saisi et reprend l assiette sans un mot, sans proposer autre chose! La serveuse arrive avec la bouteille de vin, je lui demande pourquoi il y a du beurre dans les pâtes aux pomodorini, c est vraiment une première, depuis quand cuisine t on des pâtes aux beurre en Sicile? Elle ne sait pas, elle se renseigne et revient me dire que tous les plats de pâtes sont cuisinés avec du beurre!!! Le filet de veau arrive dans une assiette plate, il nage dans un liquide au beurre également! Ce plat n est pas consommé non plus, degeu! Nous demandons l addition, tous les plats sont comptés! Même pas un geste de la part du chef! Nous payons le prix plein hors que 3 plats sont retournés en cuisine entier!!! Vous posez la question et la réponse est "le chef a décidé comme ça "!!!
