We came in without booking but they were able to find a table for us. A few things were missing from the menu and the pizzeria was closed but we did manage to find suitable food including our vegetarian daughter.

We sampled gnocchi, so much better than what we get in the UK. I had a huge plate of delicatessen as starter with surprise courgette flower. Delightful.

For mains, the restaurant made a mistake and delivered a Capriciosa salad instead of a Caprese but my daughter liked it and it didn't have meat in it.

The others all had fish that was lovely as well as chips. Generous portions again. Maybe be could just order 2 plates of chips next time!

Ci troviamo nel Comune di Campolattaro (BN), piccolo paese di circa 950 abitanti. Cenare al ristorante "Sesto Senso" è stata una vera positiva sorpresa. Locale con arredamento sobrio e mise en place classica. Il personale molto gentile, cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Menù vario con un attenzione particolare alle portate di pesce che possono variare anche in base alla disponibilità del pescato fresco del giorno. Ottima carta dei vini con buone proposte del territorio. L'antipasto scelto è stato un vera e propria esperienza culinaria, difficile descrivere tutte le sensazioni provate nel gustare le varie portate di questo antipasto ma, vi assicuro, rimarrà impresso nei miei ricordi. Non da meno la buonissima frittura di paranza, gustosa ed asciutta, con contorno di patate al forno. Per il vino mi è stato consigliato un buon Fiano dell'azienda agricola "Sciore". Come mia abitudine non posto il conto ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è veramente ottimo.
