Been here 7 times already to this cozy, yet modern restaurant. It's a rather large restaurant, plenty of seats. A tad too bright light inside, but manageable. Worst time was probably when we got seated in front of the toilets, if there's a lot of traffic to the toilets, you don't want that to ruin your food experience or for it to be a distraction, I'd put up a wall separator. The first time was a disappointment, as they didn't have much in the grill seafood section as another sushi restaurant. But the overall dishes on the menu made up for it. It's 26,90€ for dinner on a weekend, coperto is 2 euro per person and a bottle of water 75cl is 3 euro. The variety is good on the menu, they've added some new dishes over the times I've been there, but the most disappointing thing when I ate there yesterday was that the food was not warm. The fried tempura mix was cold, the grilled mussels were cold, the grilled shrimps were cold, how come? Doesn't matter the reason, warm food should be warm. Since you've added new sushi on the menu, if you click it on the tablet, you should be able to read what ingredients it has, for food allergy reasons - that needs to be fixed immediately. Fresh food. A comprehensive menu of the most appreciated Asian "cousine'. A very elegant but essential open space, Rishi uses the formula pay "x" and eat as much as you can. You can order by tablet, by your personal phone, by a classic menu and you can have high level beer and WINES. I took a Tsingao and even half a liter of white unbranded wine (very good). Ristorante giapponese molto buono, partiamo dall'ingresso, un lungo bancone vi accoglierà mentre attendete il personale che vi accompagnerà al vostro tavolo, ambiente molto accogliente e gradevole, nonostante si tratti di un enorme capannone, l'arredo riesce a ridurre gli spazi in altezza in maniera molto efficiente, donando un senso di riservatezza e di accoglienza. Tavoli di varie misure, accompagnati da sedute comode completano il tutto in maniera impeccabile. Passiamo al cibo, la qualità degli ingredienti è decisamente buona, pur trattandosi di un "all you can eat", penso di aver mangiato molto bene, soprattutto gli udon, ma le tempura lasciavano un po' a desiderare. Recentemente il menù è stato ampliato con nuovi cibi, non solo giapponesi, di cui ho assaggiato qualche piatto, che però non mi ha entusiasmato. Diciamo che qua tutto sommato si mangia giapponese meglio che da altre parti, anche se ho mangiato anche di meglio. Personale super cordiale e disponibile, servizio veloce anche se, come in quasi tutti i ristoranti del genere, trovo molto confusionaria la consegna dei piatti, che nn si capisce quasi mai di chi è la portata... consiglierei di consegnare le portate enunciandone almeno il nome, cosa che ad onor del vero qualche cameriere faceva, ma non sempre.
