Alla Trota Blu — Restaurant in Caneva

RISPOSTA AL RISTORATORE: Ringrazio il ristoratore che ha trovato il tempo di rispondere alla mia recensione ma ribadisco che sì, la carne era immangiabile e se si fosse così stati convinti del contrario, si poteva venire al tavolo a chiedere quale fosse il problema. Personalmente non ho offeso nessuno, a differenza di chi mi ha qui risposto, dandomi della poco umile per aver espresso un parere (che chiunque avrebbe espresso). Mi stupisco che venga confuso il mio "crudo" della carne con la richiesta di una cottura al sangue, chi cucina la carne dovrebbe sapere la differenza. Mi scuso se non traspare dell'umiltà dalla mia recensione che premetto non sarebbe stata scritta se l'entrecote NON fosse stata messa in conto come invece è successo. Certa che in questo ristorante si mangi più che bene il resto delle pietanze, ribadisco che la mia esperienza da cliente non è stata positiva.

Purtroppo pessima esperienza: ordinata una entrecote cottura al sangue con patate che è arrivata gonfia e cruda, dura e acida, non si poteva mangiare. Ho chiesto se potevo mandarla indietro e sostituirla con le costine di maiale (molto buone!). A fine pasto mi sono trovata non solo l'entrecote in conto, ma pure la scortesia della cuoca che mi ha detto in malo modo che la carne che avevo mandato indietro era tenera (ha però ammesso di non averla assaggiata), che era un taglio scelto e che di base io non capivo niente perchè quella carne secondo lei andava benissimo. Io quella carne l'ho pure sputata nel tovagliolo perchè non si riusciva a mandare giù. Dopo una buona discussione, siamo riusciti a farla togliere dal conto. Ah, nessuna traccia della salsa verde o del burro che ti indicano nel menù in accompagnamento alla carne. Un gran peccato, ci si poteva rendere conto che magari era andato qualcosa storto oppure, nel caso in cui la carne fosse stata davvero tenera (cosa che non era) la cuoca poteva venire al tavolo durante il servizio e chiedere cosa non andava. Enjoyed a great meal with my wife and friend. The trota carbone sandwich was great and the Belgian beer that I chose was fantastic. The restaurant has a wide selection of Belgian beers on draft and in the bottle. The appetizers of mozz balls, olive balls and onion rings were very tasty. We all three had different choices of trout or chicken and it all taste so good. After dinner, we spoke to the new manager and owner and learned a little about the place. Cozy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Situated on the water, the restaurant has a small island with a few tables under the trees and mood lighting.
