Never again! We’re recommended as one of the best pizza restaurants in the town. We called them to reserve a table for 2! When we arrived, non table was prepared, one of the waiters told us to wait until the table was ready. 10 minutes waiting in the dinning room and then they call us to sit in our table. We ordered 2 gluten free pizzas and a bottle of water. The Waitress came and told us they had a very big table of 24 people and we had to wait 20-30 minutes, there was no problem. The time passed, we waited for 1h and there was no pizzas prepared. The Waiter told us to wait another 10-15 minutes and our pizzas will be made. They came and the dough base was prefabricated. 1 hour to prepare a pizza with a base prefabricated? No signori no!!! We know gluten free food has to be prepared with care but don’t try to laugh of us! 1 hour to prepare 2 pizzas and then came with excuses is not the way to treat costumers!! Then they carried us the bill and they wanted us to pay the cutlery… this is incredible never seen in my life!...

We came here twice, because it was just so nice. Very nice food, all over the board. We tried pizza, pasta and risotto, everything tasted amazing. The service is exceptional. When we walked in the second evening we felt right at home cause everyone was so warm and friendly. They were also super accommodating towards changing details to make a dish vegetarian. Big...

Sono stata in questo ristorante qualche giorno fa. Appena arrivata, ho comunicato direttamente alla cameriera che avevo prenotato tramite The Fork, ma non mi è stato detto nulla riguardo al fatto che lo sconto fosse valido solo dalle 19:00. L’ho scoperto solo dopo, e controllando sull’app non è specificato chiaramente. Capisco che possa esserci stata una svista, ma un’informazione così andrebbe comunicata subito.

Ho ordinato verdure grigliate (solo zucchine e melanzane, come proposto), la trippa con melanzane, pomodoro e parmigiano, e un piatto di carne con funghi porcini. Non ho preso acqua, vino o altre bevande. Il totale è stato di 42 euro, con uno sconto finale di 2 euro.

Dopo aver consultato il menù, ho notato che i prezzi indicati erano decisamente più bassi: 18 euro per la carne, 9 per la trippa, 5 per le verdure. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, la risposta è stata semplicemente: “Controlli lo scontrino e vedrà cosa ha pagato.”

Il cibo era discreto, ma il conto e la gestione dell’esperienza mi hanno lasciata perplessa. Un po’ più di chiarezza e attenzione al cliente farebbero...
