Hazienda Ristorante Cafè — Restaurant in Cannara

We had a truly wonderful experience at Hacienda Ristorante in Cannara, just a short drive from Assisi (Definitely need a car to get there). The food was outstanding from start to finish – each dish beautifully prepared with fresh and authentic flavours. The meat dishes were rich and full of character, and the desserts were simply divine.

Equally impressive was the service: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. The team made us feel right at home, ensuring everything was just right throughout the evening.

Hacienda Ristorante is a place where excellent food and heartfelt hospitality come together, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. Our only regret is discovering this gem on...

I just had the most amazing Buffalo Filet. My wife had an amazing Argentine Filet. Filets can be boring NOT HERE!!! Here they are AMAZING. The entire menu is a delight. We had a Barbera that was smooth delicious and only 24€. The service is attentive and professional (Iris was wonderful and added to the experience) Vanda makes incredible deserts. We have been here for Lunch and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. This is a hidden treasure, in a way I hope no more Americans find this place or I will never get a beautiful table facing Assisi again. Alla fine della serata non si può dire che ero insoddisfatto, però ..... Luogo accogliente, ed anche piuttosto grande e variegato, noi eravamo nella sala principale. La cosa che in primis mi ha colpito il gran vociare della gente a tavola ed il rimbombo nella stanza. Successivamente, la lentezza del servizio, due ore e mezza per mangiare antipasto, secondo e dolce, in quell'atmosfera .... Poi, ad un certo punto della serata la stanza si e' riempita di fumo, il camino acceso in fondo alla sala non assorbiva più la quantità di carne al fuoco. Occhi lucidi e caldo micidiale. Il titolare e' anche colui che prende gli ordini, non un gran che come metre di sala, aveva pure sbagliato l'ordine, ma con quel vociare lo capisco. Il cibo invece e' stata una piacevole sorpresa, ed e' il motivo per cui metto tre stelle, ottimo tutto ed...
