The food was good the pizza came after 45 minutes of order. The staff at the reception was very gentle and nice. The staff serving food I would give not even one star to them as there was a blond girl serving us she was the most rude and with no manners how a service industry people should behave. After waiting for 45 minutes for pizza to come I just asked when the pizza will be ready her reply was when it gets ready in the oven. Very very rude reply in service industry you have to be kind and gentle so that you have repeated clients. I agree there was a birthday party going on. They could have said today things will be late but we will try to serve you as soon as possible. It seems they did not attend a school where you are taught how to...

Bé..che dire... Io e mia moglie eravamo clienti abituali,saremo andati almeno una decina di volte a cena. La prima volta fu una scoperta meravigliosa: cibo ottimo, prezzi abbordabili e servizio nella media... E così é stato per le prime volte..poi...non so cosa sia accaduto ma..la cucina é andata peggiorando..per non parlare del servizio. Siamo stati questo weekend a cena: arriviamo e ci vogliono mettere fuori in giardino nonostante noi volevamo stare fuori e comunque al momento della prenotazione nessuno ce lo avesse chiesto. Alla fine restiamo dentro..dopo uno scarica barili fra i vari membri del personale.. Cambiano il linretto del menù..aggiungendo qualche piatto ma...come al solito senza metterci la lista delle bevande e dei vini e nemmeno i dessert... Ordianiamo come sempre il loro antipasto;tutto buono tranne la focaccia che come sempre era salatissima. Poi un menù hamburger per mia moglie senza che la cameriere le chieda che tipo di cottura pveferiva e poi arrivata senza salse e senza bibita richiesta... Per me una carbonara che per l' ennesima volta era praticamente cruda..e pensare che le prime volte era sublime... Che dire..non so cosa sia accaduto ma la delusione é enorme... Non so se ci torneremo..ma consiglio di rivedere un po' l' organizzazione nelle prenotazioni e nell' assegnazione dei tavoli e soprattutto il servizio...

Cold food and not recommendable for a tourist. We ordered cheese balls and they were definitely not fresh - the cheese inside was hard and cold. The pizza was good but nothing special about it. The waitress was lovely and helpful however the waiter only spoke to us in italian so we assumed he didn’t know english and proceeded - however after we heard him speaking perfect english outside, therefore I wouldn’t recommend it if you are...
