Absolutely sublime. Simple and effective dishes with immense flavor. Everything tastes farm fresh and cooked with intention and love. I had two different pastas, the crayfish and the truffle, as well as the trout with orange glaze. I only took photos of the first dish as it was so good I stopped thinking about taking photos. My serving was smaller than normal as I asked to taste both the crayfish and the truffle pasta and there was no way I could have full servings of both. I will dream about these dishes and will definitely come back to Capestrano just to come here. We were lucky enough to stumble across this place during a recent visit to the town. We dropped by for lunch and had one of the best meals we've had in the area. The pasta was magnificent as was the desert. We started with a cheese selection that was served with jam and honey. It was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant when you are in town.
