Lucky for them that I don’t speak much Italian and my husband had to speak for me. Worst service ever and huge attitude problem from the woman taking the order. You make a mistake own up to it and just apologise rather than giving attitude and making faces when asking you what is happening with the food. On the menu they have Frittura mista, which is usually the mixed fried fish, but on their menu state that is “Totani e gamberi”, which for me would suggest that it’s only that, but I asked my husband to ask for me to confirm if that is the case which the woman who took our order, confirmed that it’s calamari and gamberi only, so I ordered it. Waited an 1h for the food which is okey as they did told us that it will take longer as many people ordered in the same time, and that was fine, but when my plate arrived it was a mixed fish which is not what it supposed to be after what is on the menu and specifically even asked. We asked what has happened as we specifically asked and the man said he will take it back and remove the fish which I asked to make a brand new one after I am not eating those fishes which he replied no problem. After 7 minutes came back my plate which for my shock was the exact same plate what I asked to be a new one, they fried again the calamari and removed most of the fish but left 1 huge piece on the bottom. When we called over the woman taking our order and asked what is happening for the second time, she got upset and gave an attitude which i never experienced in my life in any restaurant. She even confirmed that they didn’t make a new plate despite we asked and got confirmed but removed most of the fish which I find extremely unprofessional and poor service! On top of that they wanted to charge us for that playing the “sorry we forgot to take it off, you are right” card. I left without eating dinner, thanks god we ordered some fries and I had some of my son’s left over pizza. I said I wasn't going to give a review but I've changed my mind, after all the point of reviews is to improve the service and help other travellers. We went here because it was suggested to us by the owner of the Airbnb we stayed in. She said we would get a 10% discount if we told them where we were staying which we didn't get, but that's not a big deal. My pasta was really good and cooked to perfection but my mom's was quite undercooked (no, not al dente, proper undercooked). I gave my feedback to the waiter, in a polite way but I could see that he got annoyed about it. I told him I wasn't going to write a review as I just wanted to give my honest feedback to them only. Esperienza da non ripetere! Tempi biblici di attesa! Abbiamo ordinato alle 21.15: delle bavette allo scoglio , zuppa di cozze e grigliata di pesce(da menù: pesce spada , gamberi, calamari e pesce del giorno 22€) . I primi piatti sono giunti , dopo svariati solleciti e scuse da parte del personale, alle 22.40. I clienti seduti nei due tavoli all'interno del locale , commentavano esternando a voce alta lo stesso malcontento. Avendo da un po' terminato , ho dovuto chiedere , se gentilmente potessero togliere i piatti . È arrivata la grigliata... composta da: salmone ( chi non conosce il famoso salmone del Mediterraneo.. assurdo) , una fettina di spada, tonno, totano e un involtino di spada ripieno di mollica aromatizzata .
