The good: very nice location

The bad: sadly the food. We ordered three different pasta dishes and only 1 out of three was half decent, the other two (fish pasta) were completely tasteless and barely edible

When confronted about the terrible pastas the owner was very apologetic but in the end he pretended everything was fine and did not do anything about it.

Very nice location heavily penalized by the mediocre food and even more by the lack of savoir faire of the owner.

Needless to say I will not go back. Good place to have a drink but BYO food unless you want to eat cheese and cold cuts in which case you, maybe,...

I try to provide an objective view. Food and Drinks are magnifico, great quality and nice choice. Very good pasta and meat. Atmosphere area and Tabels well arranged, inside and outside. The Service could be much better, service needs too long, orders get forget but added on the invoice. It got canceled realy quick as I told the service, we didn't get the ordered dessert. If glasses are empty it would be great to get the oppertunity to order something. With a better service it would be 5 stars, I hope we'll get surprised next time, and able to give the 5...

Siamo stati a pranzo in questa splendida location, che di per sé merita: elegante, suggestiva e di grande fascino. Proprio per questo, però, ci si aspetterebbe un livello di servizio e attenzione molto più alto.

Aspetti negativi: la mise en place non è assolutamente all’altezza: tovagliolo di carta, posate nel cartoccio, niente tovaglia, con un coperto da 3,5€ che stona parecchio in un contesto così elegante. Il servizio è stato il punto più deludente: camerieri improvvisati, gestione approssimativa, personale che corre accanto ai tavoli e persino una cameriera che masticava gomma mentre serviva. Davvero inaccettabile per il livello che il luogo vorrebbe trasmettere. L’unica nota positiva è stata la ragazza giovane alla cassa, gentile, educata e professionale.

Piatti: frico con cipolle in agrodolce e salame molto buono; tartare di manzo con tagli non di prima qualità e solo 5 ingredienti (quando la ricetta classica ne prevede molti di più); lasagnetta alle verdure semplice ma ben eseguita; gnocchi fatti in casa con ragù di cervo ottimi (anche se un po’ grandi) e ragù delizioso; strudel di pere purtroppo servito dal freezer al microonde, bollente fuori e ghiacciato dentro.

Conto: 2 calici di spumante, un’acqua, un calice di vino, un caffè, più i piatti citati: 102€. Prezzo corretto in sé, ma non giustificato dal livello di servizio.

In sintesi: location straordinaria, cucina nel complesso buona ma con ampi margini di miglioramento, servizio da rivedere completamente. Un vero spreco...
