Cala Surya — Restaurant in Cardedu

While the quality of the food at this restaurant was satisfactory, the service unfortunately fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were left waiting to be seated, and the waiter did not acknowledge our presence or make eye contact. We eventually chose a table ourselves. When he came to take our order, his demeanor was curt, and he made unprofessional comments that negatively impacted the overall experience. Additionally, when the food arrived, basic accompaniments such as olive oil, salt, pepper, and cheese were not provided, which is typically standard for such dishes. Came here in the evening, we were immediately told we can’t sit next to the rail towards the sea, even though for the time we stayed there, no one came, so obviously they did not have reservations. Ordered 3 pizzas. When they brought them in, one pizza was not the one we ordered and had to wait longer to have it done. Pizzas were mediocre. At the end the bill was extra charged with things we didn’t order and also had the “service” charged 10% with no option to have it lower or higher. Given the amazing service we had (not) it...

Che dire.... location sicuramente interessante tranne che il ristorante.... sembra una baraccopoli del Venezuela! Pergolato in tralicci saldati artigianalmente con copertura di alluminio , il retro è un discarica a cielo aperto, un neon per 4 tavoli , cavi elettrici con spine volanti per accendere le luci (non oso immaginare se l'impianto fosse a norma) , inservienti che sembrano tutto tranne che camerieri, (forse hanno guardato qualche film per imparare il mestiere) , in piena era covid Menu su A4 plastificato (sanno cos'è il QR code? ) , meno male che almeno avevano le mascherine era presente del gel ma non so se ce ne fosse all'interno e nessuno mi ha chiesto di disinfettare le mani all'accesso o indossare una mascherina. Ma veniamo alla pizza se si può definire tale. Base per pizza congelata condita con origano al pomodoro (non il contrario), surrogato di mozzarella distribuito a macchia di leopardo sopra e condimento insapore, ho chiesto l'olio piccante... non sia mai... l'inserviente con un "ehhhmmm!" per dirmi che non c'era, quindi mi raccomando portatelo da casa, comunque, molto meglio le pizze da asporto che sanno di cartone che questa simil pizza che fanno loro, oltretutto al prezzo di una pizza a regola d'arte. Sono ragazzi improvvisati nel mestiere che stanno distruggendo la reputazione della buona pizza Italiana oltre che la ristorazione Sarda. Piuttosto servite pizze del supermercato che sono più buone....
